The brief called for a team consisting of an architect and developer which had to completely demolish the bunker.
We proposed a prominent head-end building to underline the start of the open building development along the Poßmoorweg. The 23 appartements were able to fulfill the different sized needs of a multigenerational co-building group
Generous balconies and terraces were orientated towards the slightly raised gardens. The community room on the ground floor is home for parties and meetings. A complex energy concept meeting passivehouse standards rounded off our proposition
